Rigid foam polyether polyol formulations are generally high energy, high hydroxyl value, hard foam polyether polyol can produce enough crosslinking degree and stiffness. The hydroxyl value of hard foam polyether polyols is generally 350~650mgKOH/g, and the average functional degree is above 3. Generally, two polyether mixtures are used in the hard bubble formulation, and the average hydroxyl value is about 400mgKOH/g.
Flexible foam polyether polyols are generally long chain polyether polyols and low functional polyethers. The function of polyether polyols in flexible foam formulations is generally 2-3, and the average relative molecular weight is between 20,000 and 6500. Polyether triol is the most used in flexible foam, generally glycerol (glycerol) as the starting agent, consisting of 1500 people. 2-propylene oxide ring-opening polymerization or co-obtained with a small amount of ethylene oxide, the relative molecular weight is generally 30,000 to 7000. Polyether diol can be used as auxiliary raw material and mixed with polyether triol.
